Most of the traders who are new are eager to make profits and think that trading just involves selling or buying and this is far from true. In-fact the main reason why many of the new traders loose their money is because they have no knowledge or experience of workings of the Forex markets

How can you get experience in trading?
    Just by trading.
I agree traders should learn how to trade first and then go for real, but everyone should first make some reasonable losses to find themselves on the other side of the story; so when they find their ideal trading method keep cold head and not to risk too much.

A lot of newbies in forex think that they just need luck to generate their first profits. But this is wrong, because that they will be able to trade forex they need to learn first what is forex and how to generate profits.

Well, dear friend, I think that learning forex is easy, but learning to trade is not easy. Besides, I don't think that forex trading is just selling and buying currencies. As far as I know, generally forex brokers in their websites provide learning center for forex education. Maybe it is the traders' ignorance if they don't want to learn forex trading.

I think people of initially attracted to Forex trading by hearing how you can make enormous amounts of money quickly with little or no effort. There are many website's that claim how "easy" it is and that they have these "secrets" they are willing to sell you. I've also read that 98% of people who try to trade, end up getting their account wiped out to zero balance. Trading is like any other business and anyone who says otherwise is trying to sell you something.

Those traders are greed about the money. They just wish to get profit. They won't like to learn about trading. They just want to get money in short time. They love money and won't like to follow the rules and regulations so that's why they think they can get big profits and they avoid to learn first.

العيب و المشكلة تكمن في أن الأعضاء الجدد يحرصون على تحقيق الربح لا أكثر حيث لا يهمهم التعلم و أخذ الخبرة بالتداولات

I think that new traders think that learning how to open and close a position in metatrader, is enough to start them in forex world. They might make some profits this way at first but soon they start to realize that forex is much more than this. And only then they either start learning and develop their own strategy and make their own way into successful trading, or keep pushing their luck with just opening and closing unstudied trades and this leads to more loss.
I believe Forex is a long way of continuous learning and personal development not some magic place to make profits with just some luck.
